SimplyProcess | Creative Process Map & Tool

In order to have great designs you need to have a good process. After documenting the steps I take during my own creative process while designing a project I realized I had many, many steps.  It helps to be aware of your process so that as you begin a new project you can use the same process as a checklist.

SimplyProcess Map

The Concept for this map was to show my process as a path. Although you are making stops thoughout your process you are still on the same path. I used a triad color scheme, while for the solution I combined the triad to show how the groups all come together.

SimplyProcess Website

The website is a tool that helps designers organize and document their process while designing a project. Each category is made into a folder. The categories included are: Brainstorms, Research, Inspiration, Type System, Color Palette, Drafts, & Photos. Within each category there is an option to make subfolders to organize your uploads more in depth. The Solution Category allows you to download a Solution Folder to your computer as a compressed file that includes all of your folders neatly organized and in order.
